BIOGRAPHY
Ed Beard Jr has been Airbrushing on just about every kind of surface since 1981. With nearly 40 years of experience and well over 1000 published works of art, Ed's abilities to create every type of imaginative ORIGINAL content sets Ed apart. Ed's attention to crisp detail and unique technique of HAND drawing each component on paper along with his Airbrush and brush technique produces a ONE-OF-KIND award winning show stopping vehicle. Ed's career as a 30 year long published Fantasy Artist for such properties as Dungeons & Dragons, one of the original Artists for Magic the Gathering Card game (over 100 cards,) Tolkien Lord of the Rings, his annual Dragon Calendar and countless novelties from T-Shirts -cell phone covers world wide These properties only add to his vast visual library of knowledge. Ed has created works for Government official portraits and medical illustrations.

-Ed works in a wide variety of mediums from pencil to waterborne automotive paints. He also hand painted signs using traditional mediums like One Shot Lettering Enamels and quills.

-WARNING! It is very common for the public viewing Ed's works to question if it's actually HAND AIRBRUSHED and not a wrap due to the hyper realism or detail Ed can put into his art.
THE MOST COMMON QUESTION IS "Where are you located" The answer is "I AM LOCAL TO EVERYWHERE" the reason is we are traveling all year round going to shows and or on location at our affiliate Auto Body Shops. While we also work at our shop and receive shipments all the time for bikes, hoods and other vehicle parts Ed makes arrangements to work on location where needed as well.
